The Challenge

Prüne grew greatly in the last 10 years, and had already gone through the experience of creating a company intranet that had failed. They needed to continue the project with a new perspective to ensure that the tool become the employees center of communications.

Our Solution

We started by focusing the project from the human resources perspective, making the tool useful for the employee’s key processes. Performance evaluations, lunch menus planning, internal surveys, etc.

Results

The company noticed a big change from the previous project and we are gradually working on the fears of social openness of the system to make it more and more interactive and central to all processes of the company.
